2 weeks back, Baby and i celebrated our 17month (:

Im sorry if you get sick of me blogging about my bf and i but erm well, im doing it anyway. Haha. Nah i will blog about some other stuff the next entry (:

It's been some time since i made something proper for him (and also cause i planned to surprise him with takeaway cooked by me ever since he started work but haven really done it) so i decided to cook for him! Im a bit lazy to blog so it'll probably be the pictures doing the talking.

After groceries shopping like an Auntie secretly, i prepared the chicken the night before. I marinated it with some seasonings then kept them back into the fridge.



Only to find out that the meat was already thawed so i sldnt refreeze it but i did anyway. That was what probably caused me to cook the meat for a really looooong time. The following morning, i took out all the Auntie's bargains and begun my career as a Chef. HAH.

Seriously i cooked the chicken for like 1.5 hours? Of course i tested on 1 innocent chicken thigh before serving. I forgot to take pictures of the Garlic bread while in the toaster. Think it was because i was busy cooking 3 things at 1 go, burning my hand in the process :( twice on the same spot. Oh well.

I didnt take pictures of the mashed potatoes too because i bought the instant ones and it was done before you can say "look here, potatoes!"I couldnt resist taking a picture after i decorated it though because i carved a lil hole and poured in some gravy. It looks so cute right? Haha. And theres the done Chicken thigh steak! (:

After slaving over the fire after THREE hours (yes you didnt read wrongly), the meal was ready!

And here you go, 1 last glimpse of my cooking adventure. His main dish. I didnt managed to take any picture of him with the food as he ate them so fast and was helping to clear up as soon as i was done with my share.

Quoted, "I didnt know my girlfriend can cook so well." Excuse me? Was the Sushi and other attempts before this that bad? Anyway, he was rushing because he cant wait to read my other gift for him. Teehee.
My very belated PhotoDiary. I gave it to him as part of his birthday present but took this back to complete it because the procrastinator in me have not finished. Still, i insisted to wrap it up with all his other gifts (wth i typed girls -.-") on his Birthday. Alas, it's done and given plus a tee-shirt (: What is a PhotoDiary exactly? It's a record of our 1yr plus memories in pictures, essays (haha) and whatnots. Because he is a forgetful fellah and i dont want to forget anything either. Everybody say "Awww...." Ok enough mush.

Dont copy my idea okay. Bee you do your scrapbook. HAHA. eh. im feeling shy all of a sudden. Hope im not grossing anybody out. Of course the photo above with all my scribblings is unclickable.
